Nuk bëhet fjalë për politikë në Kosovë, se janë në lojë vetë faktorët ndërkombëtarë, si SHBA dhe Evropa dhe jo për t’i dhënë “paketë” për situatën e brendshme atje, thotë presidenti jugosllav Slobodan Millosheviç, i cili i është përgjigjur me letra presidentit amerikan Bill Clinton, ku shpresohet se do të inicohet dialogu i drejtë për Kosovën.
