Meeting between Mr. Sabri Godo and the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Ibrahim Rugova
On Friday morning, the chairman of PRSH, Mr. Sabri Godo, received the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova. After welcoming him and apologizing for being unable to receive him earlier because of public engagements in the South, the chairman of PRSH explained to President Rugova the reasons for leaving the party alliance with PD and the governing coalition, and for PR’s alignment with the Right-Wing League. Mr. Godo said that he sees the League as a necessity and informed the President about the groups that make it up, suggesting that he meet with the League’s chairmen. Uniting the Nation is at the top of its program. Mr. Godo emphasized his party’s support for the Kosovo issue, mentioning, among other things, the Republican Party’s 1993 petition for “Kosovo Republic,” which was signed by 500,000 citizens. Mr. Godo said: “We have supported and continue to support national unification, but we are concerned about the policy being pursued in this direction today. The Republican Party supports a single national platform, with a clearly defined strategy and tactics. Wavering in our options harms us. There has been talk of an independent Kosovo under UN supervision; there has been talk of a Republic of Kosovo; there has been talk of a confederation with Albania. As far as the Albanian parliament and government are concerned, no answer has yet been given as to which definitive solution we seek. The lack of a common strategy has

In Oklahoma, the scale of the massacre grows
Even four days after the massacre, the number of victims continues to rise in reports coming from the USA.
This massacre, which still remains the top story in the American media, currently has no perpetrators. No one has come forward to claim responsibility, while the investigations so far have not been sufficient to shed light on the true perpetrators of the crime.
According to the “identikit,” the two suspected individuals are white, casting doubt on the theory of an attack by Islamic fundamentalists.
Beware of those who want to des-troy our Association
Statement by Mr. Kurt Kola
Individuals and particular groups, supported through covert channels even by government bodies, aim to divide our Association and disrupt the National Assembly to be held on May 6 of this year.
These individuals, who bow with shameless servility to the DP and its government, are carrying out fascist-style political acts to place people they choose at the head of associations in the districts and to send their preferred people to the Conference. They seek support first and foremost from former persecuted persons who have taken positions in the administration and in the law-enforcement bodies. A typical example is the case of Mr. Engjëll Kokoshi, the Association’s secretary-general, who went to Elbasan on April 21 to put out one conflict and started another. New elections were held there, in which one part of the leadership dismissed the other, including the Chair, the secretary, and the deputy chairs. The conflict in Elbasan was instigated by members of the DP and the Municipality; while the law-enforcement bodies, with the detention of the Association’s deputy chair and secretary, reminded us of the force of the po—continued on page 3

Everyone
Well done to the hand of that Albanian man who punched a certain David Binder, who supposedly reveals to us who has made the Serbs innocent. The Albanian’s motives are different, but that does not mean he does not deserve this. It happens that when a person is inclined to act, they do more worthwhile things than when sober.
Not everyone has been expropriated under Law No. 75001 on expropriation. Some have got their properties back. This law is not fair. Why does it expropriate some and not others?
All strikers are hereby informed that they will not be imprisoned for the harmful strike, because their strike was not illegal. If the strikers want to be imprisoned and beaten, they must break the law.
All villagers of a northern village are hereby informed to cross the border if they want to reclaim their centuries-old properties. If they do not cross it, they will get what is due to them and perhaps something extra, behind the ear. Those who do not cross in time may be left without property and then may wish to turn back again. This notice takes effect immediately.
