A pedophile tourist guide in the capital. Disabled children return from abroad amid suspicions that they underwent operations there. Twelve-year-old street children are drugged to cause anorexia.
This time the alarm is not being raised by state investigative institutions, but by charitable institutions that care for street children. “For about a month now, the children have been coming in drunk and are uncontrollable,” explains one of the nuns at the charitable institution “Mother Teresa Sisters” in Tirana, an institution that takes in around 50 begging children every day and provides them with their daily food.
When asked what they get drunk on, the children say they are given a drink whose contents they do not know, and which causes them to become anorexic for several days. The question “who gives you the drink?” makes them afraid, and their prematurely aged eyes grow downcast.

A golden idea cannot be created amid the chaos that has engulfed the PS. The leaders of the PS branch in the capital refuse to speak to the press, preferring the American formula “No comment”. More or less the same response is also coming from the top PS officials, who are directly attacked by Tirana’s draft resolution. Highly evasive, they content themselves with saying that there is no reason for the vote to be repeated.
It calls for the current Presidium to step down and for an Extraordinary Conference to be convened. This is a position that had previously come from Vlora and has gained tremendous strength in the capital. As expected, the draft resolution has spared Nano. Today, unconfirmed sources within the Tirana PS branch explain that such a demand was not included in the draft resolution because the prisoner of Bënça still enjoys considerable authority among the capital’s ranks.
