“Xhaferri” changes the scheme. Distributing money by list

Gjallica under accusation. VEFA pays out capital. Contracts terminated at “Silva.” “Populli” neither pays nor takes. Sudja is broke. Many judges have been deceived by her game. Clients: Let us put her on trial ourselves. Rrapush Xhaferri invites Fadil Hasën to Berat on Sunday The Transparency Commission in action. Are “Populli” and “Xhaferri” pyramid schemes? Against “Gjalliça” “Xhaferri”? They erase “Gjalliçës”’s name in Tirana Page 5 Rrapush Xhaferri: 90% of the 25 billion blocked by the bank is my money Bashkim Driza: I have money to keep going! For how many more days? VEFA and “Kamberi” lower their percentages even further Page 4

The pyramid schemes are wriggling their tails

. A reassuring situation or a crisis? And the pyramid schemes are not slipping away. And the game has continued, as if to show their stubbornness. Despite the Government having frozen the deposits of charitable foundations in Albanian banks, these very foundations continued their activities yesterday as well. In Shkodër, Xhaferri’s money arrived in sacks. Yesterday this foundation normally distributed its installments to northern citizens. In front of them, clients of “Populli” lined up applauding. It is not known where Xhaferri found the money, when he himself declares that 90% of the frozen sum belongs to him. The paradox of the pyramid schemes seems to have crossed all boundaries. Xhaferri has decided to bring together well-known artists from all over Albania in Berat on Sunday. Singers, comedians, and writers will all be there. It is thought that this foundation will then host a charity lunch for around 200 people. VEFA distributed further capital yesterday in southern Albania. Kamberi does not care at all about the crisis in the pyramid schemes and continues its work normally. In fact, yesterday new money was deposited at its counters by various creditors. Silva has begun its second boom. After the bituminous sands marriage, the company in question entered negotiations yesterday to buy Lushnja’s Plasmasin. Sudja is in prison. Grunasi has fled. Minister Bode talks of measures. The Socialists left Skënderbej Square aside. Lawsuits against Gjallica have begun. Xhaferri praises Parliament, the Government, and the Transparency Commission. It is plain to see that Albanians have now entered an absurd game. The surprises of the pyramid schemes are so predictable that forecasts about them are very difficult. The paradoxical situation can no longer be defined as either reassuring or a crisis. While people openly talk of fraud, people receive money and lose money. Sudja turns out to be a poor woman to be pitied, while remaining silent about the 14 million dollars she collected at her very last moment. Albanians do not know whether to protest or wait. This total inability to offer a way out has turned into a national nightmare. Contradictory information is king of the situation. While Xhaferri’s counters in Tirana are silent, the people of Shkodër are enjoying the fruits of their game. The charismatic president of this foundation does not forget to make statements that exceed all expectations. It must be said that he is still in action. VEFA still has the monopoly of the dinosaur. In any case, the pyramid-scheme game has suffered a major shock. What remains of it resembles the pieces of a cut-off lizard’s tail. It is known that some kinds of lizards can regrow their tails.
