Shemsie Kadria will return 600 million dollars

Bank scandal. Abuse of Xhaferri’s money. The mafia is blocking investments in Tirana. Shemsie Kadria will return 600 million dollars Godo: The Round Table, not Nano, decides on the elections. Vranicki advises: Be careful!

The West celebrates its victories, Albanian politicians are bewildered

. Has a compromise been reached? This is the question that yesterday found an answer only in the chancelleries of the West. In his report yesterday to the OSCE, Mr. Vranicki declared that an agreement had been reached between the Albanian political forces. This agreement, which immediately won the support of the Europeans, was also welcomed by the USA. Yesterday, too, the RP, through its chairman, Godo, declared that the round table of eight parties had not yet decided to break away and enter the elections. The latest meeting of the SP’s General Steering Committee concluded yesterday that it could not take part in the elections unless total monitoring of the elections by the West was secured. So, has an agreement been reached? The letter sent most recently by the Reconciliation Government to Mr. Vranicki appears to have been presented as such. In fact, this letter, sent up to now, does not present any agreement between the parties—that is, the eight parties on one side and the DP on the other. The latest concessions made by the President of the Republic concerning SHIK or the CEC do not yet constitute a final resolution of the crisis. The President’s opponents said from the outset that they were satisfied with the President’s concessions, but not satisfied enough. Yesterday they again declared that they would not enter the elections without major guarantees. Even the SP, which was thought to be tempted by the presidential concessions, yesterday expressed a position in line with the other, so-called small parties. In any case, an agreement between the political forces was welcomed yesterday. This news, announced around lunchtime, caused some confusion yesterday at the headquarters of the Albanian parties. Until late yesterday afternoon, the Albanian politicians remained unmoved in their positions. Perhaps they have no idea that this concerns an agreement already reached, which they will have to sign later, after they have discussed the [?] Ultimately, the political crisis no longer has its duty. Ultimately, the political crisis no longer has its duty. Ultimately, the political crisis no longer has its duty. It would not be surprising if today they were to say, “Sorry, it had slipped our minds that we had signed the agreement.”
