The party’s old New Year administrator

It may happen that by chance you meet a distant friend or an acquaintance about whose life you do not know very much. And you do not know his political views, but in recent years you have seen him selling bananas, working as a small trader, working in some private company, perhaps trading in bulk. After you naturally ask him how work is going, he answers that he is waiting for a job in the state administration. Immediately after that you realize that you are dealing with a person who may be a sympathizer, may be an activist, or may have family ties to the lines of the party currently in power. So, in a way, he has either offered his service to the PS, or the PS has asked for his service. What is happening and why has everything become such a strong urge to enter state service? Why is state administration so attractive? If you look at all these people we mentioned and how much they earn from their work so far, it turns out that in the worst case, say as banana sellers or petty traders, they have been getting two or three times the salary of a state administration employee. This means that from the point of view of interest, this work is by no means attractive. Here the question arises: How did they become entitled to state employment these years? They must have been very poor and barely making ends meet on dry bread. Here we all know the answer. The state, in its generosity, opens all the roads to develop the craft of corruption, so much so that a large part of them feels contempt for the salary. Here we cannot exclude the case in which the political state encourages administrative state corruption in order to keep its elements in hand and under pressure. The advantage was for both sides. One secured his militants, the other filled his pockets and secured his life. If the sons of fathers run with these ideas to drive people out of offices and collars and bring them to their fathers to take a place somewhere after some downturn, it may not last long. The general impression of the person in power is extremely negative, even disgusting. The moment one comes into contact with the officials, the impression is created that something has been stolen from you. To remove this opinion, a lot of work is needed: first, he must follow the supporters of his silence and not of the party by which he should not be favored, but neither oppressed nor fawned upon. There are some who say they want to contribute and support their party in the reforms it will undertake. Let it be so and not as I say, only when we speak about these topics we must be clear that whoever comes to power wants to have his flank and rear secured. The signs are in fact not very good, because there are cases where people who have been removed are returning to positions simply as corrupt people, for political reasons, regardless of how they have tried to manipulate things. It is happening that high officials spend on one dinner as much as they receive in a monthly salary, and they do not do this rarely, but almost every day in luxury restaurants.
