Does the Constitution matter to the opposition?

Could it be that Berisha opposes the Constitution out of jealousy because his project was not approved? Used to always being the toastmaster, he does not find it easy to submit to others The Albanian state was also destroyed thanks to the “merit” of politics, which left the state without a Constitution. Now, as politics is trying to correct itself, that is, to open the way for a Constitution that will serve all Albanians, the opposition, which has declared itself as such, is putting on airs. Against it stands the leader, by the name of SALI and the surname Berisha. He had said that his project was God’s blessing. So why does he still oppose it before even putting it on the table? The answer to the question is easy to guess: Berisha opposes from a position of jealousy. The thought that the Constitution will not have him, Berisha himself, as its architect, terrifies him. Berisha cannot play the games for long that the PS played when it was in opposition. Replacing the PS tactic, a long boycott with short boycotts, leaving, returning to Parliament, walking away from the table with the logic that: I am the opposition, only I can set and lay the table, is as childish as it is megalomaniacal. The naive question that could be put to Berisha might also be this: does the opposition need a Constitution of European scale? The answer would be yes, for the simple reason that through the Constitution, political relations in Albania would also be institutionalized, where politics continues to be conducted with articles of chieftaincy and violence, with fake legalities and childish whims. The rights of the opposition cannot depend on the whims of those in power. Berisha would do well to join the wish of the majority of Albanians that the Constitution be the outcome of an internal compromise within Albanian politics. Berisha’s and his people’s withdrawal from Parliament, at the moment when the platform and the paths toward the Constitution were to be discussed, and the fuss he is now making about sitting down at the table, give the impression of a twisted politician who has convinced himself that if he is not in the game, nothing in this country gets done; Albania is neither destroyed nor built. Berisha’s prompter, Genc Pollo, should not make PD squirm at the table and argue with a rationale of irrationality that this Parliament is illegal [?]. But how long will Albanians continue to listen to one another and Albania remain without a Constitution? Until yesterday the insinuation was that the Parliament of 26 May was a parliament of stolen votes by SHIK and the police, today of the Balkanites, tomorrow of...? And how does Berisha himself justify not taking part? The arguments sound somewhat naive: the table is unprepared!... Do they not know how prepared the tables were that Berisha himself set up, when he did not even define the subject of the talks... Then, the leader of the opposition is declaring loudly: I am ready to take part in any political initiative!... as if a table for the Constitution were not a political initiative. Perhaps Berisha is used to always being the toastmaster in defeat and in victory. He does not like not being asked about affairs begun by others. Nevertheless, Albanians do not need Berisha’s theory; they want to have their own Constitution so that the state will not be overturned upside down, as happened in the recent past.
