Albania is being roasted on a spit

Crime enters the Parliament of laws Yesterday, the Parliament of Albania’s men was left in blood. A madman broke out among the ranks of the majority MPs and fired mercilessly at the leader of the December movement, PD MP Azem Hajdari. That was enough for the fragile balances of Albanian politics to collapse. Yesterday, the day was filled with statements, protests, and Kalashnikovs. Albania’s politicians made a poor showing, revealing for just a moment that among them are criminals, thugs, fools, and people fit only for the gallows. But the clouds and lightning lasted only a moment. Right after the attack they wiped away the cold sweat of fear and set out to insult and tear at one another. It can safely be said that Tirana yesterday was under the threat of a civil conflict erupting. The Laprakë neighborhood, where the Military Hospital is also located, could quite easily have turned into a battlefield, but fate spared the citizens. Berisha, the leader of the PD, at least amid his thundering statements yesterday, called on his own people to exercise restraint. The socialists, for their part, cursed their own deputy and stripped him of immunity. These were the only political actions of yesterday that can be considered worthy of note. The rest were statements, insults, and rising tension. Albanians had the chance to see that over their heads there is gathered a mad flock of irresponsible people. After the grave event, the bullets of Mazreku did not at least take Hajdari’s life physically, but they may well take the life of daily politics. Thus the democrats came to the realization that they should no longer step into the Parliament chamber, while the socialists do not know where to hide their heads. The head of their party in Has fired at a normal person, while this Parliament can now be easily accused of being a Parliament of Kalashnikovs. This means once again chaos and confusion. It depends on the will of the politicians that this country does not once again go to ruin. In fact, the people of Albanian politics have always shown that will is exactly what they lack. Our appeal: Parliamentarians, cool your blood! Politicians: Give up the quarrel. The people want peace!
