The convergence of diplomatic positions between Tirana and Pristina is an imperative necessity. In order for the national question not to be handled spontaneously and to fall victim to paternalistic attitudes, a joint Platform must be fulfilled and implemented between the legitimate representatives of Kosovo and the representatives of the political spectrum in the mother state. This was the essence of the conclusions of yesterday's meeting of the Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee, chaired by Mr. Godo. The Foreign Minister, Milo, before the representatives of 6 parliamentary political forces, clarified the latest official dilemma regarding the Kosovo issue, seeking to motivate the formula of dialogue in the relations between the Albanian government side and Belgrade. Thus, the Kosovo issue is placed at the center of political debate. The round table of political parties is expected to institutionalize all debates concerning Kosovo and the acute problems linked to the national question. "An all-Albanian strategy to have a free Kosovo" was the message of the Parliamentary Committee meeting. The integrity of the ideas of Albanian diplomacy must be guided by the philosophy of justice and rationality, not by a feeling of blind faith. In Kosovo one cannot globally demand respect for human rights, or speak of a "community". As a purely and organized Albanian entity, Kosovo cannot coexist with the Serbian regime. International diplomacy has now also declared itself in favor of expanded autonomy for the Albanians of Kosovo.
