December 8, the Day of Democracy that the students aspired to, was celebrated yesterday in a cerebral way by certain political segments. No politician remembered that this date is sacred like a historical pantheon. Every year politics should come to account in order to achieve its own "catharsis", to become a democratic and national politics. On this anniversary, politics should have come down to earth for a few moments, to take stock of itself and define the strategy for the future. It is known that for 7 consecutive years politics has generally been shaped as clan politics, with no concrete obligations and no clear vision. The political spectrum, with a few exceptions, has truly failed to respect the spaces created by the new democratic order. The political forces in power have always fallen into confusion intentionally over the notions on which a true legal state is built. Human rights, lawful property, and the national feeling have been systematically violated in the name of pseudodemocracy and a state dressed in political clothing. In Albania the basic principles that determine social and economic developments in line with contemporary standards have not functioned. Clan politics has provoked not only civil life but has also endangered the future.
