The leader of the PD, Sali Berisha, chose Shkodër to appeal to property owners and former political prisoners to join his party, promising them that he would correct himself. There is no doubt that this is an old tune often sung by the former President of the Republic. Property owners and former political prisoners do not need demagoguery, because they saw Berisha in power and how much he loved and respected them. What is this belated love for former political prisoners and former property owners? Naturally, Berisha is having a hard time and needs to refill his emptied ranks. He quickly forgot what he did to the property owners and former political prisoners when he held both the loaf and the whip in his hands. Those who embraced the democratic leader on their shoulders in the fiery December cannot forgive the great disappointment, the whip, the violence he exercised against them. Berisha's party and the democratic leader himself have no moral right to ask this social group to fill the empty spaces of the party that disappointed Albanians. Berisha was in power, but he quickly forgot the persecuted and the former owners; not only that, he despised and beat them. With this belated indecency, he will not win the trust of those who wander around and are in fact a burden on the road, who still have the balance sheets of rubber stampings. With the former kulaks, he behaved exactly like Enver. Not only did he forcibly drive them off the path of hunger, but he also threw them into prisons.
