Milosheviç, this evil spirit worthy of hell, has prepared

an alibi to justify punitive operations against the martyred people of Kosovo. The departure of foreign newspaper, agency and television journalists, moments before the bombings, poses a potent danger to the people of Kosovo. By sending the journalists away and shutting down the independent Radio station, Milosheviçi seeks to close every avenue through which the truth might get out of Serbia. Known for his bestial contempt and medieval vengeance, this end-of-the-century Hitler has prepared operations to punish Albanian civilians. Under the cover of an information blackout, it will not be difficult for him to present his alibi. Another fact pointing to the belief that punitive operations against Albanians are being organized is the news reported by TANIUG that fighting has resumed, supposedly in response to UÇK attacks, which allegedly took advantage of NATO’s bombing. Anyone with any sense can understand for themselves. UÇK has no reason to attack, especially now that the bombing has begun. Milosheviçi disappoints the hopes of the naive Serbs lose 12 aircraft, NATO one.

NATO punishes Milosheviç’s stubbornness More than 80 fighter aircraft take part in the operation. The Serbs have shot down one aircraft. Yugoslavs suffer heavy material damage Prepared by Ruben Avxhiu Yesterday, NATO bombed Serbian military targets, keeping its promise and carrying out its threat to punish the “Butcher of the Balkans” and intervene to avert a human catastrophe in Kosovo. The strikes may continue over a period of 48 hours. More than 80 Western military aircraft, including “stealth” bombers, “F-16s” and “F-18s”, took off from NATO’s Aviano air base in northern Italy as the Atlantic Alliance launched air strikes against Yugoslavia. Thus, 11 “A117” bombers took off from the military airbase, alongside US “A10”, “EA6B”, “C130s”, “CF18s”, “F16s”, “F15s” and “F18s” attack aircraft, as well as aircraft from Britain, Spain, Portugal and Canada. Witnesses said the aircraft were loaded to capacity with bombs and missiles. Military aircraft took off from Aviano, while “Tomahawk” cruise missiles were launched from two US warships in the southern Adriatic. Military aircraft also took off from Vicenza, Istrana, Gioia del Colle and other military bases across Italy. Continued on page 3
