In 1992 (but also in 1997, indeed even more "abundantly") what the government does with us, politicians, the VIP groups, for those who speak and sleep in a foreign language! Whereas for us ordinary Albanians the state is stretched more and more every day: a pleasure-seeker would be appointed chief or a high "specialist"! and, impossible! with no; with another language. Within this salaried enterprise of society and country! those politicians, deputy deputies and ministers and deputy ministers, the heads of subdirectorates and directorates, how they have kept us with our hands in our pockets with our small wages! while asking: and after this? what is happening? what the devil are they counting? instead of eliminating nepotism! After this, how did they learn these habits. I believe so, since we are handing over the state in the form they are giving it today and at the end of 1997? If you heard them speak? they would say and after all this!? with its politics! hopeless and lying on its side, rank after rank, with a terrible and utterly inexcusable insecurity! Both sides believed it! apparently and that role that is lost up to the replacements! waiting even for a confusion! their rights do not even appear and every (politics) tries its fate for this area! above the second post of the base! yellowed. While the government wants it, it has been worked on in its back rooms! then it hands over big sharks! Our humiliation and even being manipulated with the golden four-step scale and shameless! the time of fixed games, (in such a man did) these and yet without (unclear) the model of our great government! has massively with heavy baggage. To do good work of government should not be any kind of bravery. In short, the state is sinking, becoming a hotel where everyone takes a room, eats and drinks at the expense of others, and the bill is paid by the citizens.
