Koco KOSTA The Stability Pact and all the events that follow are in Albania because of the anti-national platforms of pseudo-politicians who push their mediocre interests above the general ideals of the nation. In my opinion, at this moment, the country needs a class of politicians who come somewhat close to resembling the Renaissance patriots, so that the genuine structuring of the Pact’s projects and all the other alternatives to be offered by the International Community can be guaranteed. There are grave shortcomings in Albania, which rejects every objective judgment concerning the possibility that today’s pseudo-politicians might change their character. This fact is connected with the large amounts of aid directed to Albania throughout all these years, but which, unfortunately, almost half has been consumed along the way, before even reaching its destination. The pockets and sacks of the pseudo-politicians have been filled over these years in direct proportion to the country’s decline and Albania’s total destruction. Even when the implementation of projects is guaranteed by international bodies, this political class will still find a way to take the largest share for itself. This is also clearly apparent from their constant contradictions over plans, as they quarrel not over platforms but over seats. They constantly rush to turn their backs on one another so that they can insult each other as soon as possible, rather than put things right for Albania and its suffering people. Nevertheless, the crowds of these wretched people cannot possibly conceal forever the future of our Albania, because the sun cannot be hidden by their sieves, full of holes from their battles with windmills. Albania will be built, and the future of our nation is secure. Today’s bureaucrats do not need to sign this; it has already been signed by the Renaissance patriots and by the centuries-long efforts of our patriots. This is also being signed every day by Albania’s younger generation, which no longer believes today’s demagoguery, but is responsibly seeking the restoration of national dignity.
