Today the Constitutional Court makes its decision

Abolition of the death penalty legitimizes the interests of power Today the Constitutional Court will make the final decision on the request made by the NGO Helping Hand-Volkshilfe, which has called on it forcefully and against the will of the Republic, asking that the law establishing the death penalty be struck down. European and international socialist circles, for us not only because of its affinity with the author Helping Hand Lambertz, but also because, as it says, it has been acting in our country with the help of their traditional policy of stabilization and criminal suppression in the interest of a handful of people outside the institutions. According to it, this act is unconstitutional, because we are not a country like Afghanistan that approves things in blood, and nor should we be reduced to the image of film extras. In fact, the arguments put forward for the death penalty and the punishment of “death” for crime in the intensity of my country constitute a political trap with a hidden agenda that is not socialist. It is not in line with the demands of citizens, who have repeatedly asked for the death penalty to be abolished, at a time when crime has gained momentum. The action of Lambertz has called on it forcefully and against the will of the Republic, asking that the law establishing the death penalty be struck down. In this whole discussion there are many acts by the author Helping Hand-Volkshilfe, who have attacked it to the very edge of their own skin. In essence they continue to serve the interests of the skin itself and of the current power, no doubt. Opportunism and the practiced method, turned into it, have no political merit. Even in the society of reversals we have gone on and on giving practical backing that the government of criminal governance is making an effort to legitimize the fact, and has criminalized the country. Because this is not an issue driven by a specific political purpose, and the decision of whether to abolish the death penalty or not. (Continued on page 2)
