CORRUPTION GIVES BIRTH TO "MAD KILLERS"
CORRUPTION GIVES BIRTH TO
"MAD KILLERS"
The insane, they have “left” to kill. Sick with poverty, poverty has driven them toward violence. It becomes like the apocalypse from that “killer and madman,” left to make you think of that from those red-star rappers. Killers are left to make you think of that, just as mad killers are now left to make you think. That is also how the “mad” write. Very often in newspaper reports accidents happen, and the murderers are left to be obscured by darkness. After them again, until now, their place and its need is the same. [text partly illegible?]

UNDECLARED WORK IS TAKING OVER ALBANIA
UNDECLARED WORK
IS TAKING OVER ALBANIA
Currently in the private sector, around 200,000 people are employed, but social insurance registers only 50,000 of them. This means that 25 percent, or another 50,000, work on the one hand to earn a living, while on the other hand they are exploited with temporary hours and wages and without the right to paid work as future employees.
During the past year, more than 27,000 entities were inspected at workplaces. In these places, socially uninsured employment was found for 56,387 workers, of whom 5,514 are registered in social insurance, having been recorded, at least in some of these cases, by officers of this institution, these themselves outside and accommodated, being paid by the entities for the benefit of family members a fixed sum of money.

"In a large number of illiterates, they have been removed from our schools, but there are still those who have completed, zone, who are still in school and continue with this teaching diploma. In places em scout of entire arrivals, it was noticed in our villages, that with a corner the teachers of the high school are able to write, to enroll each other in a chain, therefore to preserve, they should be enrolled in our villages, it is good for the government to intervene in the field of education."
"We are far from automobile roads"... there is no electricity supply.
Even the school is buried, because the teachers are illiterate and the others.
These phrases are from a letter by a group of residents from the villages of the Mati area, addressed to the deputy of that area, Aferdita Uruçi. In the letter sent to Prime Minister Ilir Meta, they complain that the infrastructure is for the "bad public".
