EDITORIAL By Neritan ALIBALI Yesterday, Italy’s Prime Minister, Xhuliano Amato, came to Albania and left. The major fiasco suffered by the Albanian Government in the battle against illegal traffic between the shores of the Adriatic has prompted Italy to respond to an aggression.
