EDITORIAL Failed elections from the start It has often been said, in different ways, but as a demagoguery encompassing all electoral processes of the present regime, that for every organization, rule and institution of elections, their use for anti-democratic purposes and in the name of manipulation, as well as the manipulations and tricks that still abound. From this also arises the recurring question authorized by the region, organized entirely for anti-democratic purposes, in the name of manipulation and masked by an electoral façade. All Western standards have been overturned by the current власти, creating a wholly criminal structure that aims to stifle dissent, in every place, and freedom of action. In manipulating an old self, how is it possible for a commission always issued for the decree of politics? Is this aim especially for the failure of the process of registering voters' names? For the first time in the elections of Kosovo, according to standards drawn up by a political commission, there will be no duplicated names at all, as there were no violations of property? So that action implies that they are working for the regular proper functioning of the ethics body, which on the contrary operates as in Albania? All this, of course, cannot go without creating a parallel with the conditions of today's elections in Albania, as they are failed. Page 5

Republicans protest against KOZ The Albanian Republican Party protests the delay in registering its candidacies with the KZZs and local communes, because in some places there has been a commission due to the sending of declared candidacies.
