Gymnast: We have reached an understanding with the Prosecutor's Office
EDITORIAL
These elections of 1 October began with a huge fraud. Through unconstitutional, unilateral changes made to the electoral code, the left-wing majority has distorted and criminalized the voting process. By passing ominous laws such as the one legalizing coalitions in local registration, which was secured with seven “yes” votes, the majority has encouraged and inspired every kind of manipulation and theft in these elections. Even the last deputy chairman of the CEC, known by the opposition as the destroyer of the commission's rules and the organizer of the scheme to manipulate these elections, has once again cemented, with his testimony, the opposition's and public opinion's conviction that in these elections the result is not the product of free will, but of vote-buying.
Corruption, smuggling, tensions, provocations and the open intimidation of voters have been part of the arsenal of a political mechanism that has worked on behalf of the government. After this, all the criminal elements were set in motion and then the vote-buying machinery. The highest responsibility for the manipulation of these votes lies with the Socialist General Staff, with the prime minister and the Minister of Public Order. But will there ever be a state? At least a state that functions for the enforcement of the law? The Prosecutor's Office is investigating and has no intention whatsoever of prosecuting the lethargy and party appetites that have led to the distortion of the popular will. It must demonstrate that it is independent and has the will to punish the abusers.

Albania's unpassed exam
Thus, the members of the European Union delegation express in this document how polarized the Albanian state institutions continue to be and how generally incapable they are of ensuring the normal development of democratic life. According to this text, Albania will now be viewed with somewhat more skepticism than up to now. This is not only because of the elements considered anti-democratic and the continuation of the ongoing political crisis, but also because of the government's action or inaction in these two areas. According to the European Commission document, “the future of a closer relationship with the EU, Albania has lost for the moment”.

Albania, under scrutiny in Brussels
Brussels, yesterday, published, in the harshest manner in the last 3 years, a periodic report on Albania and in the conclusions clearly states that the government of Dret[?] does not understand, at the right level, and for this reason the country has not developed democratic institutions. The document says that Euro-integration is not automatic and that the country has not met the conditions. “In this regard, a sufficient Euro-integration is needed and the latest elections in Albania have seriously damaged the government's credibility,” the report says.

Rakipi: “We do it even without a law”
Kërkef Dervishi reveal the “secrets” of the judiciary
“The Prosecutor's Office's lack of a law has not at all distorted the exercise of the accusation, but rather someone[]? a little with a curved heel”. So stated yesterday lawyer Kaqi, a party to the hearing in the case against the prime minister. Regarding the lack of completeness in justice, witness Dervishi stated that in the absence of a law, things go as they go. Kaqi, a party to the hearing in the prime minister's lawsuit for non-prosecution, said that “some actions are carried out even without a law”.
