His arrest is a continuation of an operation that began a few days earlier, when Bashkim Tiri, former general director of the private company “Arsid”, was handcuffed, and yesterday evening the former director of the Commercial Bank, Dervjane Troplini[?], was also arrested. According to official sources, Xhyheri was arrested after police found a document directly implicating him in the financial scandal linked to the activities of “Arsid”. The investigation is trying to determine whether certain individuals were favored through suspicious loans and bank transfers.
