Under the new penal code, Cika’s act is punishable by a fine or by 7 years in prison. "As for the event, I cannot speak specifically, but from the court’s point of view in this case, if a party is dissatisfied, they can appeal through the proper channel and not use violence; therefore, the measure of detention against her seems right to me."
