This time the victim of the wheels was an 8-year-old boy from Morava. Klodi Hata had just finished class, had left school, and only 50 meters from the yard he was knocked down outside the wall for good. A green "Opel" snatched the child’s body, twisting him severely. Seriously injured, Hata is lying on the asphalt, while the killer car speeds toward Ura Vajgurore. Justice is there; the police have been in pursuit, but have not managed to catch the perpetrator, although he has already been identified. Little Hata is a hospital patient. As the people from Morava arrive, grief and panic from his school turn into horror and accusation. Will those books and notebooks scattered on the asphalt, expression of the interrupted dream, the scream of the voice stop the killer cars? Economy Minister Shprangen reassures Tirana TIRANE - Support for reforms in Albania. This is the essence of the visit of the German Minister for Economic Cooperation, Dieter Spranger, who has arrived in Albania.
