TIRANA - The debate held in the National Council of the Democratic Party should not be seen as a sign of weakness, but as proof of a party that discusses openly and makes decisions democratically. According to him, the PD is entering the 1996 elections confident in the support it enjoys and with no sense of insecurity whatsoever.
