The war in PDD: Kalakula wins

But Baleta replies: "the party is with me" INTERVIEW The leader of the cassation court called Beçiria's proposal a maneuver But Baleta replies: “the party is with me” INTERVIEW The leader of the cassation court called Beçiria's proposal a maneuver Both sides are arguing over the future position of local organizations and ordinary members Brozi: “The Constitutional Court is now illegitimate” LAÇ'S PLACE TIRANA - “The Constitutional Court has lost its legitimacy since its mandate ends on 31 July this year,” said yesterday to “Gazeta Shqiptare” its chairman, Xhezair Zaganjori. The Constitutional Court still needs another 18 months to be completed, because the position of the legal committee is contrary to the president's decree, who will continue with his proposals. According to this logic, constitutional legality will continue to remain in doubt. Zaganjori stated that even after the dismissal of the sixth judge, the cassation court will continue to act in this way. “We will send these decisions to the president for him to pronounce on them,” he said. “If there are further dismissals, then our decisions will be invalid.” TIRANA - At yesterday's party conference, in the hall of the former youth club, after a lengthy debate between the two candidates, Sabri Godo [?] / Kalakula [?] was declared the winner by a narrow margin over his opponent Abdi Baleta. According to those present, the debate was fierce and both camps claimed to have the support of the grassroots. Baleta declared that “the party is with me”, while his opponents said the result must be respected. In the interview for the newspaper, one of the leaders called Beçiria's proposal a maneuver to alter the party's internal balances. Both sides are arguing over the future position of local organizations and ordinary members.
