This scene is repeated almost every day in several of Tirana’s post offices. A large number of pensioners and disabled people have been waiting for weeks in line to receive the compensation vouchers. Under these conditions, the number of people appearing at the post offices is expected to increase even more in the coming days. The distribution of securities remains one of the most closely followed processes by the citizens of the capital.
