It is evident to everyone there that Gjinushi’s position is secure, while there will be a promotion of new figures such as the party vice-chairmen, Pëllumb Xhufi, Arben Malaj, Ylber Sefa. TIRANA - The decision of the Albanian government to grant certain customs facilitation measures for the passage through the port of Durrës of goods arriving in transit from Moldova has been communicated to the Moldovan government through its embassy in Turkey. This decision was taken to avoid the difficulties created because of a misunderstanding caused by a private firm. The latter had sent an article in the name of the Moldovan government to the Albanian government expressing dissatisfaction over the “failure to implement the bilateral agreement”. In the message sent through the Albanian embassy in Turkey to the Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision of the Albanian government was announced. Likewise, a letter was sent to the Albanian government asking the Albanian side to be informed of its latest decision. According to sources, the letter follows a clarification by the Albanian embassy in Ankara regarding the agreement in question.
