This was precisely one of the first concepts and provocations that stayed in my mind while I was reading the book by the Italian publicist Roberto Aliboni, “Albania's Slow Transit.” If, in the political tragedy of these years, a large place is occupied by the culture of conflict and the state's inability to build rules, then corruption was not born by chance, but as the product of an entire model of behavior. TIRANA - Ismaili announced at a press conference after the Presidency meeting that his decision to leave the government cabinet came as a result of disagreement with Prime Minister Nano. Islam, deputy prime minister and minister of Transport, said he had left in order to protect himself from any implication in the government's actions and to avoid damaging the image of the Socialist Party. He said his dissatisfaction was related to the way the government was run, the lack of harmony with the President and recent political developments.
