After only one week in prison, one of the best-known publicists, previously politically convicted and persecuted for years, is released. But this freedom is suspicious. The suspicion comes from the way it was carried out, from the circumstances, from the silence and from the justifications. At a time when other people continue to be held without clear evidence and when political violence does not stop, this release takes on the dimensions of an isolated gesture, not of a real change. And the question remains: is it freedom or another maneuver to calm public opinion?
