THE BIN LADEN NETWORK BETRAYED FROM WITHIN. POLICE CHIEF ARRESTED The Bin Laden network that was spying on the American Embassy has been uncovered. And one of its members, Maksi Çiçiku, was detained by Albanian police at his home late yesterday evening. A massive operation by law-enforcement personnel, involving not only uniformed officers but also special forces, began late last night in one part of Tirana. Its aim was to detain all the members of the super-network set up in the Albanian capital by the notorious Arab.
