JAJIMI “My struggle against the clans in the PS” - Fatos NANO For greater transparency, sincerity and seriousness, for purity and mutual trust, for solidarity and respect toward each person's personality and the contribution of each one to this large family that is going through difficult times, it has become necessary, in light of the events of yesterday's developments and also as expected in the days ahead, to carry out the process of replacing the personalities whom I invited to lead specific sectors of the central structure of the headquarters, but also to guarantee the functioning of the KPD, the Presidency and the party's other structures, in order to re-engage as much as possible in the membership of the party structures in the districts and in mobilizing all the party's capacities at the center and at the grassroots for the best possible management of the party's programmatic and organizational preparation process and of the KPD, with responsibility and effective participation of Socialist deputies in the political, economic and social activity of the Socialist parliamentarians and of the country's current governance. This news and my personal and political decision were preceded by a long and broad consultation with close comrades and with comrades from the parliamentary group and with some of those who represent our partners in government. Every voice and every concern of recent times about the exclusion or replacement of active personalities of the PS from the central structures is becoming increasingly understandable and expected, so as to come without hesitation to the open confrontation with this process, which has nothing to do with revenge, but only with a tendency toward a new collegial discipline in the work of the party forums. I am neither unbalanced nor sick with the idea of revenge, but I stand by my position, and this is a position in line with the PS and with the need to strengthen its place in the political life of our country and to increase citizens' interaction with its program and policy. I have simultaneously declared from the outset that no one has anything to lose from this process; on the contrary, everyone has their place and their opportunity to reaffirm themselves and their weight in the party's new relations. The Party of Reconciliation does not need a party of clans, nor a party of forced silences, but a party of shared trust, clear decisions, and equal implementation for all.
