Attack on a crime inspector

A crime inspector has been killed. Unidentified individuals took the life of crime inspector Klejdi Bano, 28, from Tirana, on Thursday evening. The incident took place on Friday night, at around 9:20 p.m., in the “Gafurr Muça” neighborhood of Lushnje, where unidentified individuals fired six shots at the 28-year-old, who died at the scene. Bano had been returning from duty to his fiancée’s home, where he had been living for five months, since his appointment in the city of Lushnje. Residents of the neighborhood did not hear the gunshots and, about 15 minutes later, a passerby... On page 9
