Since 11 August '99 I, a former senior official of the Socialist Party, have filed a complaint against all the journalism in question, against denar Isak Hoka, the former responsible editor of the morning daily “Koha Jonë”, on charges of libel and insult. After 10 months of confrontation at all levels of justice, finally, on 30 May of this year, the name of the former state adviser for public order, Fulgenc SHiuft(?) involved in smuggling. Before clarifying what happened with Isaft Isaku and my accusation, now he accuses the PKP, the newspaper director, and the colleague with whom for 6 weeks. After a misunderstanding that happened with Isaft Isaku and accuses the PKP of six and of “subjugating” Goji, the chairman in Albania. “Justice” has intervened in the trial and has delivered a verdict entirely in line with the law. I ask that the opposite of these assessments be made for the one responsible. The court has dealt with the event in question and has ruled on the matter on 30 May 2000.
