The director of the Library, Aurel Plasari, through an open letter addressed to the chief prosecutor Ina Rama, Prime Minister Berisha and the head of SHISH Bahri Beçi, informs them about the clash with the Slovenian institute “Informacijski Znanost” and the dangers threatening the National Library.
