The government’s decision to remove the 13th salary has triggered a reaction from the Trade Union Confederation in Shkodër, which publicly announces that mass protests will begin. In a press conference held yesterday, the head of this confederation, Atmir Smaji, stated that 29 November has been set as the day of the general national protest. “The Confederation of Trade Unions of Albania, on 29 November, will gather its activists in Durrës, in full reaction against this government decision.
