A car scratch that happened some time ago led yesterday to a violent brawl between five people. The sixth man, who went to calm things down and try to separate the sides, was left dead after five bullets were fired at him, bullets that in fact were meant for his son. This is the horror scene that lasted several minutes on “Budi” street, near Qyteti Studenti, while 49-year-old Avdulla Vrapi found immediate death from bullets from a pistol. The suspected perpetrator of this murder is 28-year-old Indrit Tresa, who was arrested within 20 minutes in the lobby of a hotel...
