In his speech, the mufti of Shkodër, alongside congratulations and advice for the students of the “Haxhi Sheh Shamia” Madrasa in Shkodër on the occasion of the start of the new school year, also paused to address the topic of recent days concerning protests in Arab countries against the screening of the American film “Innocence of Muslims,” which has an anti-Islamic character. This film has sparked strong reactions in several countries of the Islamic world, especially in Libya where the American ambassador in Tripoli was killed in an attack.
