The transparency of the ballot boxes, their opening and taking these measures should serve so that tomorrow these commissioners are responsible for what they undertake to do,” said shortly before the decision was taken, the chairwoman of the CEC, Lefterie Lleshi. The Central Election Commission brought the facts of the manipulation of the minutes to light after opening 10 ballot boxes in Lezhë County, from which it emerged that, because of distortions of the result by the commissioners and counters, the Democratic Party had lost one parliamentary mandate.
