I am seeking acquittal at the Supreme Court By KLODIANA LALA Mihal Delijorgji, former administrator of “Albademil”, convicted by the court as one of those responsible for the tragedy of 15 March 2008 in Gërdeci, left the prison cells, “washing his hands” of Albanian justice. The businessman crossed the threshold of the Vaqar prison at 4:00 p.m., after three days earlier the Tirana Court had accepted his request for a sentence reduction. The court “forgave” Delijorgji 70 days of prison, which meant that he regained his freedom. In an interview for “GSH”, Mihal Delijorgji said that Gërdeci was not an accident, but sabotage. He stated that he feels sorry for the Gërdeci victims, especially the children. The former administrator of “Albademil” claims that he will return to the business world... Mr. Delijorgji regained his freedom after completing his sentence for the serious event of 15 March 2008. How were you intervened? Yes, it is true that I have completed my sentence.
