The Ministry of Interior yesterday guaranteed Albanian citizens that no one can vote twice on 23 June. Deputy Interior Minister Ferdinand Poni explained that the extract of the electoral list complies with the criteria set by the election law. “The final voter list, dated 13.05.2013, has been generated near[d]o local government units for printing. The final voter list contains 3,270,936 voters. 3,270,936 voters have been posted near near 5,506 polling stations in every local government unit. In the final voter list there is no polling station, except those allowed by law, that are outside the numerical limits. As for duplicates: On 12.12.2012, 7,674 records suspected of being duplicate were sent to the civil registry offices for verification.
