Our political cause must not fall prey to party clientelism Prime Minister-elect Edi Rama is expected to make public today the names of his collaborators in the government cabinet. In fact, Prime Minister-elect Edi Rama announced yesterday at the meeting, which was not a press conference, that he had postponed it until today at 11:00. Sources from the PS say that he kept the name of the conference highly secret. But there are two issues that Rama himself has said he will make public very soon. The first is the 300-day program of the new government, and the second is the list of ministers of the new government. He had announced that the latter would be revealed either in the last days of July or in the first week of August. So all signs point to the new government being unveiled today. However, another date had been planned for the announcement of the ministers of the “Rama” government, 5 August. His main ally, the head of the LSI Ilir Meta, is on holiday and is expected to return precisely next Monday. Nevertheless, this is not the reason preventing the final announcement of the names.
