The new Prime Minister’s first visit is to Brussels By DARINA TANUSHI The new Prime Minister, Edi Rama, promised Albanians yesterday from the steps of the Prime Minister’s Office that the government he leads will serve them and not rob them. Meanwhile, at the meeting that followed the swearing-in, the “Rama” government also took its first three decisions. One of them is the removal of President Nishani’s photo from all state offices and the placement there of the photo of Ismail Qemali. The other decision is the ban on waste imports, and the last is the approval of the Ministers’ Code of Ethics. Meanwhile, after walking together with all the ministers of his cabinet from the Presidency to the Prime Minister’s Office, where a large crowd of people, supporters of the PS, was waiting for him, Rama delivered his first speech after the swearing-in.
