Memories of the December ’90 Movements brought together yesterday Prime Minister Edi Rama and the leader of the PDIU, Shpëtim Idrizi. Both were invited to the event organized by the Student Movement December ’90, at the Hotel Tirana. At the end of the event Rama invited Idrizi for a coffee, while nothing was made public about their conversation, face to face, in the hotel’s third-floor bar. Contacted by “Gazeta Shqiptare” about the topic of the conversation, the PDIU leader did not wish to give any comment. At the event organized on the occasion of December 8, Youth Day, Idrizi’s softened tone was clearly visible when he stood alongside Rama while the Democratic MP Mesila Doda asked for a distancing from the figure of Enver Hoxha.
