Although the time is extremely short, Arben Tusha, Legal Director at the General Directorate of Prisons, guarantees that in cooperation with the company “Aleat” it will be possible to provide these people with identification documents. In an interview for “GSH”, Tusha declares that all convicted persons or detainees where polling stations will not be opened will be escorted to the nearest polling station, in order to express their will. Mr. Tusha, at what stage have the preparations reached for the development of a normal voting process in the facilities of prisons and pre-trial detention centers in the country?
