Investigators: The substance suspected to be cocaine was 28 kg and heroin, 138 kg By KLODIANA LALA A State Police officer and four other people will answer before justice on charges of narcotics trafficking. The prosecution has completed the investigation and has submitted the criminal file against them to the Serious Crimes Court. Ilir Shehaj, Anoril Cani, Gentian Gjoka, Everest Hoxholli, Mandrit Dulo. The prosecution file states that the police employee, Anoril Cani, took the drugs from Ilir Shehaj and distributed them, but before the authorities he has claimed that he is a user and not a distributor of cocaine and heroin. However, Ilir Shehaj, who is also considered the “head” of the group, told investigators that the drugs were his and had been brought from Turkey by a Kosovar named Ramë and that Anoril Cani, being a police officer, was needed for the distribution of the merchandise.
