A 28-year-old man executed his 35-year-old sister-in-law with a shotgun and then took his own life. Official sources from the directorate of police in this district report that the serious incident, in which Valbona Ndreu and Lirim Ndreu lost their lives, took place yesterday morning in the village of Palaman. It is understood that the conflict began on Friday evening and in the early hours of yesterday morning escalated into murder. Numerous police forces immediately went to the scene and began the investigation. After carrying out the initial actions, the case investigators declared that 35-year-old Valbona Ndreu was shot dead by her brother-in-law while she was asleep, in front of her 4-year-old daughter.
