Around 105,000 members of this political force have been called to choose the new leader for the first time through the principle of “one member, one vote.” Voting will begin at 8:00 in the morning and will close at 19:00. Candidate for the post of PD leader, Lulzim Basha, last night asked for the vote of confidence of Democrats in order to unite in the battle to return the PD to power. Before his supporters gathered at the “Palace of Congresses”, Mr. Basha at the closing rally of the election campaign launched strong accusations against Socialist Party leader Edi Rama for stealing the vote of 23 June, while promising strong opposition to the “pair of wrongdoers” Rama-Meta. “The opponent has deep complexes with the heritage and identity of our political force.
