Right from the start of the conversation, diplomat Ceka says he was surprised by the way Rama reacted and by the initially aggressive tone of communication, later accompanied by the use of physical force. Mr. Ceka, how did you receive the invitation to attend the meeting organized by the Vienna Political Academy? I received the invitation in several versions. It came to my personal email, to my work email, but I want to say that it was also an invitation made online by the meeting organizers.
