Prime Minister Edi Rama yesterday suggested to MP Mark Frroku that, at Thursday’s parliamentary session, he should apologize to former Speaker of Parliament Jozefina Topalli for the message in which he told her, “I do not deal with used women.” In fact, Rama’s reaction at yesterday’s meeting of the parliamentary group was somewhat harsh, conditioning Frroku’s participation in the PS parliamentary group meeting on him making that apology publicly in Parliament. Sources from the parliamentary group said that Rama, starting from this specific case, asked all MPs to maintain ethics in Parliament, so as not to end up like the MPs of the Democratic Party once in power. The same sources said that Frroku refused to apologize. “I have no reason to apologize. She deserved that reaction. I am not doing it, because I consider my reaction normal,” Frroku is said to have stated at the parliamentary group meeting...
