By AURORA KOROMANI The businessman from “Romano Port”, Piro Bare, in his testimony recounted in detail what his relationship was with the boss of “Prima Gaz Albania” SHA, Ilir Karçini. The latter was arrested a few days ago as the person suspected of having ordered the killing of businessman Bare, a fact confirmed during the account of the suspected hired killer, Julian Sinanaj.
