The Department of Civil Administration has announced competitions for a total of 366 open jobs at the Prime Minister’s Office and in 15 ministries. The record number of vacant positions in the central administration comes in an uncertain atmosphere created by the Constitutional Court’s decision to return the Government’s normative act postponing by 6 months the Law “On the Civil Servant”. The empty posts announced by the Department of Civil Administration extend to almost all levels of the ministries’ work, starting from ministry secretaries and reaching directors, managers and lower-level specialists.
